Scarborough Affair, was founded by the talented floral designer Laura Ellen in the Summer of 2019 in San Francisco, CA. In 2020 Laura moved her business to Dallas, Tx. During her stay, Laura was privileged to work with some of the top Interior Designers in the Country and was the exclusive florist for Carbone/Vino Dallas. Her floral designs have graced the pages of the most renowned magazines today. Laura is a true gem in the world of floristry.
