We host events here at the Curtis House, our 1850s Dutch Colonial. The summer home of George William Curtis, then the editor of Harpers Weekly. It’s a charming, sprawling old house that abuts the town green. During warmer months events take place in our gardens and the fully restored late 19th century barn. Whatever you imagine for your event, we're here to help you realize your dreams. We'll help you every step of the way, from planning and budgeting to coordinating the day. Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

Photography is my passion. As a third generation photographer, it's in my blood! My grandfather opened a photography studio in Chicopee during the 1940's. Growing up, I spent hours looking at family photos, studying the faces of friends and loved ones. I read the hand written notes on the back of the pictures and I was taken back to the exact moment the photograph was taken. Even if the picture was snapped long before my birth, I could feel the emotion from that time. Photographs were and continue to be an absolute treasure in my household.
