It starts with a complimentary tasting and ends with an incredible dinner and a VERY happy couple. Our staff is ready with everything you need: linens, napkins, china, glassware, coffee, etc. and complete set up & tear down. We can even bring the bar!

“We used Green Mill Catering for our wedding this April, and I can't say enough good things about them! The biggest feedback we got on our wedding was that it was the best food they had ever tasted. We had a hard time choosing during the tasting, because everything was just so good! They are really flexible with the menu arrangement, and even made a custom-requested dessert for us. They accommodated every request and question, and were so patient as we debated our choices. I wish I had more photos of the meals, but the presentation was equally as great! Everything was truly delicious, but we especially recommend trying the almond crusted chicken, the mashed potatoes, the crab-stuffed mushrooms, the coconut chicken skewers, the mini walleye cakes, the Swedish meatballs, and the mini shooters.”

The team was professional and attentive without being overbearing, and they handled everything so we could actually enjoy the event instead of worrying about details. We have been serving the greater Twin Cities region since 1982. We started out as a pig roasting company. Over the years, we added many other meats and a wide variety of other offerings. We also feature a variety of specialty menus, yet remain the #1 pig roasting caterer in the upper midwest. Divine Swine has kept with the original theme of serving simple, wholesome, and delicious foods in generous quantities at a reasonable price. All items are made from the freshest ingredients and are the highest quality available. The heart of the experience is still our slow roasted, fresh, whole meats, featuring, of course, Roast Pork.
