Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. The exterior is mostly original and having your name in lights and our marquis is a timeless photo opportunity and great first impression when your guests arrive.

The Prestant is a unique event space located in historic Newport, KY. This hidden gem provides an all-in-one experience for weddings, with a traditional church for the ceremony and a fully renovated event space for a reception. Standing over a century old, The Prestant offers exquisite architecture, stained glass windows, and details of intricate craftsmanship. The “Prestant” name comes from the open diapason of an organ showcasing the principle sound of the organ. Our message is simple: to extend an invitation of love, peace, and friendship to all who want to enjoy its space. Our main ballroom is stunning with a beautiful wooden dance floor and fire place on one side and panoramic views overlooking the golf course on the opposite side. We offer a beautiful outdoor ceremony setup as well as use of course grounds for the best wedding pictures! Indoor reception for people to have a blast on the dance floor! Snow Hill is unique with its historic charm and is a one of a kind venue. We offer fun add-ons like fireworks, a sparkler exit or a s’mores bar to make your wedding even more spectacular! Upscale Victorian estate with custom built boutique barn to reflect the era of the house. The Victorian house is ideal for your outdoor wedding backdrop, and is used for bridal suite only. The barn allows up to 225 guests and features modern amenities such as restrooms, prep kitchen, and is partially HVAC'd. Parking is suitable for approximately 200 guests, and there is ample room to bus in guests for outdoor only events.
