If you're draft is not looking like how you expected, here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Open the image in a photo editing software or online tool and find the width and height of your image. These measurements should ideally be in either inches or pixels.
- Refer to the sizing FAQ to make sure your width and height match the size of the card that you’re trying to upload to.
- If your measurements don’t match (maybe your design is taller or wider than all of Zola’s card sizes), then you’ll need to go to whatever editing software you used to create the image, edit the size of your canvas to the proper measurements and then re-adjust the elements in your layout to fit the new size better.
*TIP: If you find yourself needing to resize any of your text or illustrations on your design, it’s always better to shrink things down to a smaller size, instead of enlarging them to accommodate a larger size. When you enlarge something, usually your elements are more likely to appear blurry and pixelated. *
