How do I return an item I purchased?

We all change our minds. That's why we make it super easy to return at Zola!

  • Look up your order on our Order Status page
  • Click the Return button next to the item you'd like to return
  • Provide a reason for return and press Submit

Once you submit your return request, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label in 1-2 business days and refund your original form of payment as soon as we've processed your return.

Most items on Zola are eligible for free returns within 90 days of delivery. We encourage you to check the “Shipping & Returns” section on the item’s product description page (see screenshot below). All items will have a corresponding return policy listed on their page, and any items that are final sale will be listed here as well.
