We all change our minds. That's why we make it super easy to return at Zola.
If you have a Zola account, log in. Then, on the top right corner of your screen, hover over “Account” and click “Orders You’ve Placed” in the dropdown. Hit the “Return” button next to the gift you’d like to return. You’ll be prompted to answer why you’d like to return the gift and submit your answer. Then we’ll email you a return shipping label and refund your original form of payment.
If you don’t have an account, visit this page and enter your order number and email address. From here, click "Return," and we'll prompt you for a little bit more information about the return reason. Once you submit your return request, we'll send you a prepaid return label by email in 1-2 business days - all you'll have to do is attach your label to the box, drop it off at your local UPS location, and we'll take it from there.
If you’d like to return a gift you received from your registry, head to your gift tracker. Scroll to the gift you’d like to return and tap the “Return” button next to the corresponding gift. You’ll be prompted to answer why you’d like to return the gift and submit your answer. Then we’ll email you a return shipping label and refund you in the form of Zola store credit. This credit does not expire and can be put towards any of the 50,000 gifts in our store.
And don't worry- we will never notify a guest that you returned a gift!
Most items are eligible for a free return within 90 days of delivery. For items purchased in our Wedding Shop, the return policy varies and may be shorter than 90 days due to the nature of these items. We encourage you to check the “Shipping & Returns” section on the item’s product description page. All items will have a corresponding return policy listed on their page, and any items that are final sale will be listed here as well.
