At Orbit and Shutter, we are a husband and wife team who believe every couple deserves to relive their wedding day for years to come. We started this business because we don’t have a wedding film of our own, and we know how priceless those memories would be today. We can’t go back and capture our story, but we can make sure you never have to wonder, “What if?” We capture your day naturally so you can stay present, then create a film that lets you see, hear, and feel those moments again for years to come.

We believe the best wedding films come from real moments, not staged ones. Instead of turning your day into a production, we blend into the background and capture the genuine laughter, happy tears, quiet conversations, and unforgettable celebrations as they naturally happen. We focus on storytelling over trends, creating timeless films that feel like your wedding, not just another highlight reel. Our goal is simple: give you a film you’ll still love watching on your 25th anniversary.

Definitely! While we’re based in Perry, UT, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. If your wedding is over 50 miles outside Ogden city, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.

All media is edited in-house by either Bryce or Haylee. We love working with you on your wedding day, and we love seeing the photos and videos we take come alive!
Unfortunately, we cannot easily film outdoors in the rain or other inclement weather conditions like snow and hail. However, we will do our best from the sidelines with the equipment protected.
