Adams & Story creates wedding films that help you relive the emotion, voices, and moments of your day. We offer highlight videos and full wedding film options, along with photography and combined photo + video packages for couples who want one team documenting the full story.

What sets us apart is the way we approach the day. We focus on being calm, present, and easy to work with, while paying attention to the small details that make each couple’s story feel personal. Yes. We film elopements, intimate weddings, and smaller celebrations. Whether it’s close to home or somewhere you’re traveling, we’d love to help document the day in a way that feels personal, intentional, and true to you.
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue set. Most couples book 6 to 12 months in advance, and popular spring, summer, and fall dates can fill up quickly. If your wedding is sooner, still reach out. We’d love to check availability and see if we can make it work.
Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
Yes. We’ll do our best to accommodate outdoor weddings if it rains and will work with you to find the best plan for the day. That said, we can’t risk damaging our equipment in unsafe weather, heavy rain, or conditions that could affect coverage. If rain is in the forecast, we recommend having a covered or indoor backup plan ready.
All footage we film is edited in-house by our incredible editing team.
Not usually. Same-day edits require a different workflow and aren’t something we typically offer. For an added fee, we can offer expedited 24 to 48 hour turnaround options depending on availability and the details of your wedding day.
Your wedding film will be delivered through a link you can view and share, along with a secure download that only you can access. We do hold the right to use wedding films and related material for marketing purposes, unless otherwise noted in your contract.
You don’t need to worry about finding or booking additional videographers. We’ll provide the necessary amount of people to properly film your wedding based on your package, timeline, and coverage needs.
Yes, depending on the package and add-ons you select. Some film options include ceremony audio, while others may require it as an add-on. If capturing vows, readings, or officiant audio is important to you, let us know and we’ll help you choose the right option.
Yes. Speeches and toasts are included in our wedding film package and are available as an add-on for the highlight video package. If those moments are important to you, we’ll help make sure you choose the right option.
We use licensed music for wedding films so everything is legal to share online. You’re welcome to share the style or mood you like, and we’ll choose music that fits your day and the tone of the film.
Yes. Raw footage is available as an add-on option. If selected, we’ll send you an online link with lower-resolution versions of the clips to help save storage space. They are smaller files, but still look great and are easy to view, download, and keep.
Yes. If you book us for video only, we’re happy to work alongside your photographer. We do our best to communicate well, stay out of each other’s way, and make the day feel smooth for everyone. We do offer discounted rates when you book us for both photo and video!
When it makes sense, we may use drone footage, but it depends on weather, location, timeline, venue rules, and local flight restrictions. Drone coverage is never guaranteed unless clearly included and approved ahead of time.
