Zion Red Rock has 3 private secluded private estates that come with accommodations for your friends and family along all the amentities and land to host your beautiful reception and ceremony. All locations are located within 2 to 8 minutes of each other, in Rockville, Utah, 10 minutes away from the heart of Zion National Park. Each estate has its own unique amentities and guest accommodations.

Zion Red Rock Oasis

The Zion Red Rock Oasis is a spacious, 14,000 sq ft multi million dollar luxurious mansion nestled on 15 acres of beautiful land. This mansion wedding venue serves as an ideal location for the adventurous couple that wishes to have a private destination wedding surrounded by the beauty of Zion and mountain red rock views with lots of onsite options for a ceremony/reception/dinner. There are accommodations for up to 56 people and amenities include a private lake, kayaks, paddle boards, water jumping trampoline, swimming pool, sauna, theater, indoor soccer field, and a hot tub.

The venues offer beautiful locations that can be fully customized to suit your wedding decor vision, and they coordinate with outside vendors and coordinators in order to ensure that your event runs smoothly. Each venue has it’s own luxurious kitchen for outside catering, complete with river rock or granite counter tops and high-end appliances. Zion Red Rock will offer you and your guests with a number of activities to make memories at your wedding, from fishing, to hiking, to relaxing by the fire, hot tubing, all while enjoying the natural beauty and spirit of Zion.

Zion Red Rock Villa

A luxurious, multi million dollar 12,000 sq ft mansion nestled on 10 acres of beautiful land, known for its wrap around deck with beautiful 360 red rock views in every direction, stunning luxury elegant feel, & outdoor gardens. This mansion wedding venue serves as an ideal location for a couple that desire to have a unique luxury design destination wedding surrounded by the elegance of Zion and mountain red rock views. There are accommodations for 58 with an unlimited amount of beautiful onsite locations for a reception/ceremony/dinner as well as a plethora of things to entertain your guests.

This comfy & cozy chalet is an ideal location for an adventurist couple hoping for a small more affordable private & intimate location to elope with their closest friends and family. There are accommodations for 22 with areas for a small reception/ceremony/dinner and fun amenities for your guests to enjoy.

    We had the incredible honor of hosting our wedding at Zion Red Rock Villa on October 11th, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the beauty of the property — the stunning red rock views, the peaceful surroundings, and the feeling that we were tucked away in our own little paradise. It’s one of those places that instantly takes your breath away and keeps surprising you with its charm at every turn. One of the biggest blessings was being able to host over 40 of our closest friends and family in the main home for four unforgettable days. That experience alone made our wedding feel so much more than just an event — it became a family reunion filled with laughter, late-night conversations, and unforgettable memories. The home itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and welcoming, making it easy for everyone to feel right at home from the very start. After the wedding, we hosted a big BBQ at the villa, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the entire weekend. The property’s outdoor spaces are perfect for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of Zion together. Seeing our loved ones laughing, eating, and celebrating under the open desert sky was everything we’d dreamed of and more. We also can’t say enough about Andrea, the property manager. From our very first conversation to the moment we checked out, she was incredibly caring, responsive, and thoughtful. Andrea truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and that we felt supported every step of the way. Her kindness and communication made the entire planning process so smooth and stress-free. And of course, a huge shoutout to the maintenance crew, who were nothing short of amazing. They were always quick to lend a hand, and it was clear how much pride they take in keeping the property in perfect condition. Mike, in particular, stood out for his friendliness, hard work, and willingness to help with anything we needed — he was truly awesome and made such a positive impact on our stay. We wanted our wedding to feel like an event that brought everyone together, something filled with connection, joy, and love — and Zion Red Rock Villa delivered that beyond our wildest dreams. It was the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and natural beauty. We will cherish those four days forever and can’t recommend this incredible property — and the amazing team behind it — highly enough. If you’re looking for a place where unforgettable memories are made, Zion Red Rock Villa is it.     If someone would have told me to sit down and write out my dream wedding, I couldn’t have even imagined something so amazing. Zion Red Rock Villa is a dream come true. I was blown away with the beauty and detail that has gone in to every single inch of that property. I couldn’t even take it all in. The garden area truly felt like I was in a beautiful garden in Italy but I had the beautiful Zion’s red rock backdrop. The fountains were beautiful and made it feel even more European. The master bedroom was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. It was big and beautiful and had incredible views. Lots of full sized mirrors so I could see my entire dress while getting ready. The dining room is where we had our wedding dinner. It was like something I’ve only seen in movies. It was so beautiful and so open and big to accommodate everybody. The game room was amazing for entertaining everybody and for the dance party we had the night of the wedding. Our guests had a blast. The theatre room was absolutely incredible. The pool and the ponds were immaculate. Everybody had so much fun paddle boarding and kayaking. The kitchen was fully stocked and very beautiful. The manager, Andrea, and Zion Red Rock staff were awesome. They were very professional and so punctual. They were very quick to respond and so helpful if we needed anything throughout our stay. Everything felt so clean and perfect the whole time. All of my guests haven’t stopped saying how that was the most incredible wedding they’ve ever been to and the most amazing trip they’ve ever been on. Everyone is already planning our next stay! I’ve been a Disney-girl my whole life but Zion Red Rock was by far my favorite vacation I’ve ever been on. We also had half our wedding party stay at the Oasis at the same time we rented the Villa. Both properties are amazing and I would highly recommend any of their locations for any vacation, wedding, family reunion or corporate event.
