Featuring a spacious and flexible event space, WAREHOUSE: 109 meets the need for an interesting venue to host your next event. Our space provides many unique vignettes; including a gallery of antique motorcycles, a vintage bar, and a 1958 Airstream turned into a lounge. WAREHOUSE 109 will assist you throughout your special event and there will be a venue manager on-site.

WAREHOUSE: 109 has 4,000 square feet of interior space with an additional 2,000 square feet of courtyard space Create your own unique indoor/outdoor event for seated dinners, receptions, and wedding ceremonies.     We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this venue! We had so many people comment on how beautiful and awesome it was! It was the vibe we were going for and it was just so much fun. We loved every part of it. They were so helpful with every thing I needed. Super professional and overall amazing.

    From our first meeting, where we were greeted warmly, we experienced nothing short of professionalism and kindness. The owners and staff cover your every need! There is nothing about the venue that leaves you feeling as though you would change something. It’s absolutely perfect! We hosted my daughter’s baby shower there this past weekend, and will host our wedding there in June. we are so excited and can’t wait to celebrate another major life event at Warehouse 109!

    This venue turned out to be everything we ever wanted. Though we faced some struggles about a winter wedding, Warehouse 109 pulled it off beautifully! The venue was so stunning on its own we even got to cut a good amount off the cost of decorations. Definitely add it to your list of venues to go see, you won't regret it.
