    Great attention to detail/dietary needs

We recently held a company department summit at the Vault. Local sales worked with two of my coworkers to organize the event, including the meals. I have celiac disease and medically require a safe gluten-free diet. I’m accustomed to bringing my own snacks—and often meals—to events because venues may not be able to provide, or feel comfortable providing, food that meets my needs. I arrived at the Vault prepared to do the same, but it wasn’t necessary. I was impressed by the staff’s knowledge of which options were safe for me and by the choices available. I also don’t eat most meat by choice, which I usually don’t mention because of the added complexity, and the Vault accommodated that preference as well. I greatly appreciate the care the staff at the Vault took to make sure I felt included and had safe, enjoyable options at mealtimes. The food was delicious, and I felt heard and understood. They made the event a positive experience and the extra effort was both noticed and sincerely appreciated
