This picturesque location provides a beautiful setting for up to 120 guests with indoor and outdoor venues. My husband and I had the most wonderful wedding ceremony and reception at Lodge at Bodega Bay. The staff was incredible, very caring and attentive. The food & beverages were delicious and the lodge setting was stunning. This lodge is the perfect place for your special event or just a small romantic getaway or your next family vacation. My husband and I will be back!

Rating: 5/5 stars Our wellness retreat at The Lodge at Bodega Bay was nothing short of phenomenal. The setting was picturesque, the staff were professional and attentive, and the amenities were thoughtfully curated for a relaxing, wellness-focused stay. From our charming, well-stocked guestrooms to the large infinity hot pool overlooking the bay, every corner of the lodge provided an opportunity for rejuvenation. An added delight was the access to private Doran Beach, truly a testament to the retreat's ethos of connecting with nature. The on-site restaurant was excellent, offering healthy, beautifully presented dishes that were delicious. The Lodge surpassed all our expectations, skillfully merging luxury with tranquility. We eagerly look forward to our return for future retreats, and we're grateful to the staff for making our stay exceptional. As a full-service property, we would like to provide all food and beverage. We do make exceptions for wine service with a corkage fee of $35 per 750 ML.

Yes, we have ample on-site parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

We are located 80 miles north of San Francisco International Airport or for a quicker commute Charels M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport is 18 miles to our east. Being a remote location, it is best to rent car for your time on the coast.

Yes, we do require a minimum of 1 million dollars of commercial general liability insurance naming The Lodge at Bodega Bay and Woodside Hotels.
