The Grand Ballroom is a beautiful venue for any type of event including wedding ceremonies, luncheons/dinners, receptions, anniversary parties, corporate dinners, celebrations of life, etc. The venue offers flexibility with your timeline and food options. It is affordable and elegant for any event you are planning. The Grand Ballroom is easily located on Bountiful’s historical Main Street.

The Grand Ballroom

Signature Weddings. Stylish Events.

The venue has historical value as it was Bountiful City’s first movie theatre from the 1930’s to 1950’s. Most of the original architecture still exists, including the rear entry doors and the faux arch pillars near the east side of the Ballroom. The Ballroom has high ceilings, hanging chandeliers, a beautiful balcony/staircase and outdoor patio area.

The Grand Ballroom will set up and take down all of the venue’s included items, manage room changes (if needed), and clean the venue after your event is completed. ​ • 6 round tables which comfortably seat up to 10. • 4 banquet tables (6’ long each) for gifts, pictures, and food. • 1 glass sign-in table • 2 tallboy tables for a welcome table and to display a cake. • Floor length linens for round and banquet tables (white or ivory). • Table topper linens for round tables (wide variety of colors). • Access to the Main Bride’s/Groom’s/Prep room. • Second Groom’s/Bride’s/Prep Room available upon request. • Use of kitchen facilities to heat, store, and serve food. • Surround sound stereo system with ability to play your choice of music from your device or use of Grand Piano. • A wireless microphone.

    The Grand Ballroom was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! This place was absolutely magical for our wedding and I’m so glad we chose them. Zero regrets and they are a great price!! At least give them a shot and go look in their venue and see the beauty and history of it!

    We had our wedding luncheon here. Great communication and very organized. They had a map of where we wanted all the tables and other items placed, lots of colors for tablecloths and I just loved how organized and efficient they were. It took the stress out of this part of the wedding. A few years ago we also had a wedding reception here. They have a huge parking lot, which was a problem we encountered on another reception place.
