About this venue
Located in the White Mountains of east central Arizona and far from the heat and crowds, The Gathering Place offers a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding and an indoor reception. Ideal capacity is 50-125 guests. Extensive renovations to this historic equestrian barn have transformed it into one of the most desired venues in the White Mountains.

The 2,800 square foot interior serves 50-150 guests in an area that has unlimited options for decorating, dinner, and dancing. Day before and after access is included in our affordable weekend wedding package in a lovely, accessible part of Pinetop, AZ.

In this idyllic setting, you will find our custom pine wedding arch which serves as the perfect backdrop for exchanging vows. You can easily decorate the arch from rustic to elegant to fit your theme.

Absolutely gorgeous!
This place is an amazing venue!! There is a lot of rules to the contract but totally worth it and had no issues. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and that couldn’t have happened with out them! Totally worth it
