Terrible Management. Don’t use this venue

I used this venue for my wedding recently and the whole situation was awful. From the beginning, terrible communication. I was able to book a walk through and drove over an hour for it only for Hailey to say that no one is going to be there. I still booked the venue and throughout the time leading up to the wedding, no response from management. Simple questions would take weeks to get an answer after I follow up many times. We paid an additional 500 for the wedding coordinator add-on. The lady that was the ‘coordinator’ did not do anything!!! She sat on her phone in the kitchen most of the time and was no help. She did absolutely no coordination with the ceremony walking. When I told the management, Hailey said that the coordinator backed off because our DJ wanted to take control. No one asked me if that was okay and I doubt that is even true, sounds like someone trying to get out of a situation. I completely missed my timing because no one came out to get me when they said they would. I tried to communicate with Hailey about this. She at first said she would work with us and refund but it had been a month and she has not responded at all. We also paid for the venue until 10pm but my family was kicked out around 9:45pm by the venue workers. Just so unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time and add extra stress to your wedding by choosing this venue. The willow tree is beautiful but not worth all of the other terrible aspects.
