Built in 1881 as a grand tribute to love, this National Register of Historic Homes property seamlessly blends historic elegance with modern luxury. Nestled in the Hill Country just outside of Austin, it features a beautifully restored main house, a cozy guest cottage, and pristine historic gardens. Framed by majestic, subtly illuminated century-old heritage oak trees and vibrant Texas wildflowers, it offers a picture-perfect backdrop for your love story.

The Adelphia offers an exquisite layout of indoor and outdoor settings designed for seamless event flow. At the heart of the estate is the Grand Hall, a newly renovated climate-controlled banquet hall featuring four stunning chandeliers, two large screens, and a fully appointed warming kitchen. Large glass sliding barn doors open onto a west-facing porch that runs the length of the hall, offering views of the manicured lawn, stock pond, and glowing sunsets. Couples can also exchange vows on the scenic grounds or host more intimate pre-wedding celebrations inside the charming, historic spaces of the main mansion and guest cottage.

Your rental will include exclusive use of The Grand Hall and access to the Cottage for prep and photos.
Standard rental time: 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (setup & breakdown included). Everyone must vacate by 12:00 a.m. Rentals may be extended with advance approval and additional fees.
Your rental includes use of tables and chairs, catering prep kitchen access, and an on-site venue manager on the day of your event to assist with logistics and coordination. Please note: Cooking is not permitted on-site.
A one-hour rehearsal is included and we ask that it is scheduled within 30 days of your event. Scheduling is based on availability.
Yes, a one-hour complimentary photo session is included, which needs to be scheduled in advance.
Yes! You’re welcome to decorate, but please keep these guidelines in mind: Avoid nails, adhesives, or anything that may cause damage. Confetti, rice, sparklers, and fireworks are not permitted. Candles must be dripless, enclosed in glass, and pre-approved by the venue. Real flower petals and artificial petals are allowed
The venue must be returned to its original condition at the end of your event. All trash should be bagged and placed in the outdoor bins provided. A $250 cleanup fee will apply if additional cleaning is required. A $500 late-night fee will be charged if guests or vendors remain on-site past midnight.
We can accommodate up to 176 guests in the Grand Hall. The grounds can accommodate up to 500 guests for outdoor events.
Granite parking lot only. Grass/off-road parking prohibited.
Yes, professional vendors must be pre-approved. We provide a preferred vendor list for convenience.
All outside caterers and entertainers must: Sign the venue agreement prior to the event. Provide $1,000,000 in liability insurance, naming FM580, LLC as an additional insured. Be responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and trash removal.
All alcohol must be served by TABC-certified bartenders and servers to ensure compliance with Texas law and event safety. Self-service is not permitted, even if alcohol is provided for free. Alcohol must remain on-site, and shots are not allowed. Bartenders are trained to refuse service to intoxicated guests, and The Adelphia reserves the right to remove anyone who becomes disruptive to maintain a safe environment.
Yes, we require one licensed Texas peace officer per 100 guests. Officers are independent contractors approved by The Adelphia.
Pets welcome with prior approval. Must have a handler. Pets are not allowed in the Cottage or Mansion.
Music must lowered by 10:30 p.m. and end by 11:00 p.m. Subwoofers not permitted.
A wedding coordinator is strongly recommended. The venue manager oversees the building and venue logistics, while a coordinator manages your timeline, vendors, and overall event flow to ensure the day runs smoothly.
