Ted Ferry Civic Center

The contemporary ballroom of the Ted Ferry Civic Center is 4,500 square feet of high ceilings, dormers, distinctive windows and award-winning architecture. Boasting an updated A/V system, the ballroom can accommodate anything from a small meeting to a large performance with seating for over 400.

The Civic Center lobby features large windows and tall ceilings. Often used as a pre-event space for conferences, the lobby can also be utilized for buffets and smaller meetings.

Manzanita Bay Conference Room is an executive board room set-up to accommodate between 18-20 people. The space itself can also be utilized as a breakout space, classroom, or as green room for the stage.

The first bay you come to when you enter the Civic Center, Naha Bay is located adjacent to the lobby. With the Civic Center’s hallmark tall ceilings and its own A/V system, the space can be used alone or with the other bays for larger events.

Named for local geographical area, Alava Bay boasts tall ceilings, its own independent A/V system, and by itself is perfect for meetings and banquets, but can be combined with other event spaces for larger events.

The final bay in the ballroom and adjacent to the stage, Neets Bay is one of the most utilized event spaces because of the versatility it offers for meetings and conventions. As with the other two bays, Neets Bay comes with its own A/V system, but has the unique feature of having the largest projector screen in the facility at nineteen feet.
