We hosted my bridal shower here, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Diana was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was exactly as I envisioned.

About a week before the shower, I realized the room we had originally reserved wasn't quite what I had pictured. I reached out to Diana feeling a little panicked, and she immediately worked with me to find a better solution. Her kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help completely put me at ease, and I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to make my day feel so special.

The event itself exceeded all of our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious (our guests are still talking about it!), the service was exceptional, and the wait staff was attentive, friendly, and so accommodating throughout the afternoon. Everything ran seamlessly, allowing me to simply enjoy celebrating with my family and friends.

I'm so grateful to Diana and the entire Orso's team for helping create such a memorable bridal shower. I would wholeheartedly recommend Orso's to anyone looking to host a special event in Chicago, and I would absolutely host another event here in the future.
