About this venue

Historic and warm tones and rustic vibe. Old wood floors, brick walls, live edge tables and bar tops throughout the Venue. 14 Foot high ceilings and great natural lighting as well. We have a large area for caterers as well and several great local caterers to choose from. We provide fully staffed bar for our clients and will design a beverage menu and budget that works best for you...the bride and groom!

We offer all beverage options designed specifically for your event. From coffee and tea, to high end bourbons or wine...we can accommodate your requests! Cash and credit bar service with prices for non alcoholic drinks starting at $1. Beer from $2 and up, mixed drinks and shots $4.50 and up, and wine and specialty drinks $6 and up. Champagne for toasts can range from $5 a glass up to $12 depending on guests requested brand.

    Beautiful venue, all a caterer could ask for, power wise, and space to work is awesome! Cody is a great promoter, and goes above and beyond expectations to service the clients!

No sorry no outside alcohol is allowed, but non alcoholic drinks are allowed.
Yes, there is ample parking throughout the downtown area. Handicap parking as well.
Yes, our Venue is wheelchair accessible. We unfortunately do not have an elevator for second floor loft apartments.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, use of in house sound system, use of caterers area.
All wedding reservations include all day Friday, Saturday and till noon Sunday. Because nobody wants to celebrate all night then cleanup that same night.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If within 60 days in advance of event, your deposit will be returned.
Closest airport is Lincoln or Omaha.
No, our venue is fully insured. Only thing you need to "ensure" is to have an incredible time celebrating your special day!
