About this venue

Lynn, my love since I was 13 years old, and I started thinking about building a venue on the family ground back in 2016. He started clearing out trees and our vision began. After a lot of life altering events, I decided to continue what we started. With the help of close friends and family, we completed Lynn’s Landing in late 2019. We still have lots of garden dreams to complete, and I know we will always add and change as time goes on. As a photographer, I’m always looking for beautiful gardens to take portraits in. Now I have my own. I will expand and fill over several acres in time. If you have ever dreamed of a woodland garden wedding or a building unique in design Lynn’s Landing is the place for your fairytale wedding. Visits by appointment only.

This space features a 3,800 square-foot indoor room and 1,200 square-foot covered porch with exquisite vining planters and reclaimed bridge timber seating. Lynn's Landing is all about dreams and shooting for the stars, therefore there is plenty of room for your visions of your dream wedding to come alive.

Inside of Lynn's Landing features a 400 square-foot prep kitchen with granite counter tops, double ovens, microwave, 2 sinks, large capacity fridge and freezer. A private bridal suite with salon chairs, a private restroom, make-up table, full length mirror, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of room for a bride and her maids. Private groom’s quarters with a custom made conference table and comfortable executive chairs. And the most gorgeous balcony and spiral staircase for pictures.

MiniMonies

Off-peak pricing $3,500

Description

Wedding planning can be very stressful, that is why we offer the MiniMonies package. This package is an all inclusive and stress free option for any Bride and Groom that just want a beautiful wedding without all of the planning. The MiniMonies package is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for 3 hours. The guest limit for this package is 30 guests, which is the perfect number for family and close friends. After-all the worst part of wedding planning is the guest list.

Friday Only Rental

Off-peak pricing $1,800

The Friday rental is from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m. The bar service/bar tender starts at $250 dollars up to 100 guests and $350 for more than 100 guests.Security is available via Wynne Police Department starting at $25/hour. Security may be required for events larger than 100 guests. For events where there is alcohol present, security is required. This service will be enforced at the discretion of Lynn’s Landing Staff.

Saturday Rental Only

Off-peak pricing $2,700

    My husband and I got married back in October at Lynn's Landing and it was everything we dreamed of. The venue along with the surrounding landscapes is absolutely gorgeous. All of the plants, flowers, and trees were just blooming. You can tell that the owner, Kim, puts a lot of hard work into her place. Kim was so easy to work with, she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. You can tell she strongly believes in love and a happily ever after, which is most likely why she created Lynn's Landing. She cares so much about you having the perfect wedding, maybe even more than you do. I highly recommend Lynn's Landing for your wedding, your imagination can run wild out there and you can decorate it any way you like.
