About this venue
Lynn, my love since I was 13 years old, and I started thinking about building a venue on the family ground back in 2016. He started clearing out trees and our vision began. After a lot of life altering events, I decided to continue what we started. With the help of close friends and family, we completed Lynn’s Landing in late 2019. We still have lots of garden dreams to complete, and I know we will always add and change as time goes on. As a photographer, I’m always looking for beautiful gardens to take portraits in. Now I have my own. I will expand and fill over several acres in time. If you have ever dreamed of a woodland garden wedding or a building unique in design Lynn’s Landing is the place for your fairytale wedding. Visits by appointment only.

This space features a 3,800 square-foot indoor room and 1,200 square-foot covered porch with exquisite vining planters and reclaimed bridge timber seating. Lynn's Landing is all about dreams and shooting for the stars, therefore there is plenty of room for your visions of your dream wedding to come alive.

Inside of Lynn's Landing features a 400 square-foot prep kitchen with granite counter tops, double ovens, microwave, 2 sinks, large capacity fridge and freezer. A private bridal suite with salon chairs, a private restroom, make-up table, full length mirror, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of room for a bride and her maids. Private groom’s quarters with a custom made conference table and comfortable executive chairs. And the most gorgeous balcony and spiral staircase for pictures.

Lynn's Landing offers several acres of landscaping, pond, manicured grass, pasture land that has the most beautiful sunset and hundreds of oak trees. These areas make the most beautiful wedding pictures that you will remember and cherish for a lifetime.

The beautiful landscaping is one of the things that makes Lynn's Landing so special. Our property features a wooded lot with party lights, a pond with a fountain, rock steps, pasture area, eight picnic style tables with benches and lights, and a forty foot table with party lights and swings for rehearsal dinner all guarenteed to not only take your breath away, but your guests as well.

The Little House at Lynn's Landing is great for the bride and her maids, the guys, or even the guest or family member that drove from out of town. It is also great for the new Mr. and Mrs. on the night of the wedding, imagine waking up on the day after your wedding to the most beautiful landscapes and peaceful sounds.

Lynn's Landing packages
MiniMonies
50 guests
Off-peak pricing $5,000
Wedding planning can be very stressful, that is why we offer the MiniMonies package. This package is an all inclusive and stress free option for any Bride and Groom that just want a beautiful wedding without all of the planning. The MiniMonies package is available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 4 hours. The guest limit for this package is 30 guests, which is the perfect number for family and close friends. After-all the worst part of wedding planning is the guest list.

Friday Only Rental
Off-peak pricing $2,800
The Friday rental is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The bar service/bar tender starts at $250 dollars up to 100 guests and $350 for more than 100 guests. Security is available via Wynne Police Department starting at $25/hour. Security may be required for events larger than 100 guests. For events where there is alcohol present, security is required. This service will be enforced at the discretion of Lynn’s Landing Staff.
Saturday Rental Only

Wedding of my Dreams
Choosing Lynn's Landing was honestly the best decision we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, Kim was friendly and quick to understand exactly what we wanted for our day. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with beautiful landscaping that gave us so many options for where to take photos and hold our ceremony. We loved having the flexibility to use different spots throughout the day, and everything felt natural and perfect. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how magical the whole experience was, and we have to agree. Lynn's Landing made our wedding day feel like a dream come true.
