We chose Ciminero's Banquet Centre for our wedding and were impressed by the beautiful space and how our layout turned out. The owner is personable and family-oriented, which made the planning process feel warm and genuine. That said, there were a couple of moments where we felt our input wasn't fully heard, particularly regarding our bridal table setup. Make sure that you also read your contract and have things specified. We were told our cocktail hour was not being charged and that we’d only have to pay for the food which turned out to not be the case so we cancelled cocktail hour. He said that we could drop everything off the day before and then switched it to the Thursday instead, we got it switched back to Friday after alerting him this would not work. What really stood out on our wedding day was the thoughtful service—a staff member actually walked with us during dinner and brought me an apron to make sure my dress stayed pristine while eating our plates. They also set everything up for you and allow you to pick everything up the following day as long as there isn’t an event, this helped tremendously since we weren’t in the right state of mind (it is our wedding day after all) to clean things up. The owner did forget a few details along the way, but his genuine nature and the overall experience made it easy to overlook. We'd recommend Ciminero's to couples who want a gorgeous venue with staff who truly care about making your day special.
