We’ve been hosting special occasions of all kinds for decades. It’s what we do. From family reunions to business meetings, rehearsal dinners to state dinners, the Rendezvous experience dials every event up a notch. We welcome reservations for parties of 6-250 guests with a variety of unique spaces to fit your event.

Upstairs Party Room

This space is like no other – soaring tin ceilings, rustic hardwood floors, amazing history, unrivaled jukebox and, of course, Rendezvous barbecue.

The space is versatile and can fit any event from rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers and more. Plus, where else could you tell your guests princes and presidents have dined, the Rolling Stones have played a set, sports superstars have celebrated and local Memphians have congregated? Let us take care of your event, make it easy, show you true hospitality, play a little Memphis music, and feed you authentic Memphis barbecue.

Fred’s Room provides a great semi-private area for any mid-size get together.

Percy's Room

Probably the most famous room in the restaurant as it was home to one of The Rendezvous’ most popular servers – Percy Norris.

For over 48 years, Percy served locals, tourists, celebrities, and the like in this back room. Percy’s Room is downstairs and to the far back on the new side of the restaurant. For larger parties, we can incorporate Stinson’s room for an additional 20 seats.

From the moment we reached out to the team at Charlie Vergos' Rendezvous, their communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. Their authentic Memphis barbecue and unique venue provided a truly memorable experience for our rehearsal dinner for out of town guests and friends. Our experience with Charlie Vergos' Rendezvous was fantastic from start to finish. Charlie Vergos' Rendezvous was a phenomenal wedding venue that exceeded our expectations in every way. From their down-to-earth, clear and personable communication style, to the legendary, open and perfect quality of their work, they ensured that every detail was considered each step of the way. Their commitment to our special day was unparalleled, and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding venue.

We serve beer, seltzers, and wines, but do not sell hard liquor.

Yes. For vegetarians, we have greek salads, veggie red beans and rice, and veggie nachos among other items. We are not a certified gluten-free restaurant, but most of our menu items are gluten-free – including all of our meat items, BBQ sauces, seasoning, beans and slaw. Just ask for us to hold the bread!

Our famous pork ribs are hand-cooked over charcoal in the pits located right at the front of our restaurant. These charbroiled ribs are basted constantly while cooking and then, when taken off the pit, seasoned with a bit more baste and a generous shake of our famous Rendezvous Seasoning.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.

Yes, valet parking is available. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.
