B Social Events is a stunning venue for weddings and events. It got tons of gorgeous windows and exposed brick, in a great location. It’s warm and inviting but maintains an elegance that makes it the perfect backdrop for weddings or wedding related events. I would host every occasion here if I could. The owner is wonderful and truly cares about her clients!

If alcohol is being served at your event, we ask that you obtain an event insurance policy that includes liquor liability coverage. We recommend Event Helper, with policies typically ranging from $60 to $100, depending on event details. Proof of coverage must be provided 2 weeks prior to your event date.

We offer the flexibility to bring in your own caterer, allowing you to create a menu that perfectly aligns with your budget and tastes. Please note that all food preparation must be completed off-site, as our venue does not have a dedicated prep space. If you need recommendations, we’re happy to provide a list of our trusted preferred caterers who consistently deliver exceptional service and quality.

You are welcome to bring in your own decorator or take a DIY approach to bring your event vision to life. To ensure safety and preserve our space, all candles must be enclosed in glass, and no items may be glued, nailed, or otherwise affixed to the walls. We do not permit confetti, glitter, rice, or any small items that require excessive cleaning. For your convenience, we offer a list of preferred decorators and provide optional linen packages to help elevate your event’s style.

We ask that ALL vendors loading equipment or large items are insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to the venue. Insured DJs and amplified music are permitted. DJs are responsible for providing all of their own equipment and that they comply with noise level regulations + ordinances.

To book your date we require a signed contract, 50% initial payment, and a $500 refundable security deposit.

Yes. Alcohol must be served by a certified and insured bartender or bar service company to ensure a safe and seamless experience. We offer a preferred list of trusted bartenders and bar services that have consistently delivered exceptional service, allowing you to enjoy your event with complete peace of mind. On occasion, we may approve a bartender not on our list, provided they supply valid licensing and insurance information for review.

Free parking is readily available around the venue.
