Your wedding story starts here
The charming historic Hopewell Chapel, dating back to the 1800s, has been completely renovated and is now ready to host your beautiful ceremony. Inside, the Chapel accommodates approximately 100 guests. For outdoor weddings, we can provide seating in front of the chapel or elsewhere on the property for up to 200 guests. It’s also the perfect place for capturing stunning photos, both inside and out.

The Barn
Life is worth celebrating!
The Barn is the vibrant heart of our venue, where all the exciting parties and celebrations take place! We offer a wide selection of tables and chairs included at no extra cost. We have seating for around 250 people between the inside of the bar and the covered porch area. Also included is a sound system, ice machine, bar area, outdoor patio area, fire pit, and 2 bathrooms.

The Alva House
The Alva House is a beautiful place that is rich in history!
The lovely Alva house sleeps up to 10-14 people and features a beautiful bridal suite, bridesmaids salon, groomsmen lounge, a full kitchen, a spacious living room, a laundry room, 2 full bathrooms, and a spacious wrap around porch. Plus, this house is on the historic site of the old Alva High School, giving it a unique character.

Everything needed in one location!
Alvastage Acres and their team consistently delivers on what matters most, reliability and genuine support. From the first conversation through event day, they keep communication flowing and are always willing to go the extra mile to solve problems. What really sets them apart is that they have everything in place on-site, so you can show up knowing the venue is ready to go. Their approach removes so much of the stress that typically comes with a wedding.

My favorite venue to play, hands down
I've DJ'd almost all my events at Alvastage Acres, and it's my favorite venue to play! The chapel is gorgeous for ceremonies, the barn is amazing for receptions, and the staff is wonderful to work with. Couples can't go wrong here!

This past weekend was so magical and my daughter was so pleased with everything. This venue has an awesome space, chapel, guest house, cabins, decor and much more. Buddy and Diana were awesome with each visit, our booking, and every question we had prior to wedding day. Their response time was excellent and they were so willing to help with any request. Jessica and Jason were with us the weekend of the wedding. They were quick to answer any question and even jumped right in to help. They are fabulous. A little rain did not dampen our weekend and we are so proud that we choose Alvastage. ❤️

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL property! Honestly the easiest people to work with! Fast responses on any & all questions! Lovely lovely venue! Jessica & Jason were AMAZING with all of the help for the weekend! They both were quick to dive in & get their hands into whatever was needed at the drop of a hat! It’s hard to find words to describe just how happy this entire property made us for all of our wedding needs! Chairs? Covered! Tables? Covered! Decorations? Covered! Place to stay? Covered! Linens? Covered! Ice? Covered! Literally anything you can think of, it’s covered! An all in one place!
