With 8+ years of experience and strong vendor ties in Alexandria, I bring calm, clarity, and connection to the process. I’m your advocate, advisor, and friend—so you can feel present and at ease. Outside of weddings, I love iced Stok coffee, cabernet, documentaries, and Glacier National Park. Most of all, I strive to honor Christ in how I live, love, and serve.

What sets me apart is how I communicate—with clarity, calm, and intentional care. In a season that can feel overwhelming, my role is to bring steady guidance through thoughtful, prompt, and reliable communication. I don’t just respond quickly; I listen deeply, anticipate needs, and make sure couples and vendors alike feel seen, supported, and in sync. We offer “day-of” coordination—but not in a traditional sense. Our services begin 60 days before your wedding so we can get to know you, understand your vision, and tie up all the loose ends. From confirming vendor details to walking through every part of the day, we make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s not just about showing up—it’s about partnership, preparation, and making your day feel effortless.

    I truly don’t know what I would have done without Hanna on my wedding day. She was an incredible support system from beginning to end, and her calm, capable presence made all the difference. Thanks to her, I was able to relax and actually enjoy every moment—something I didn’t think was possible with all the moving parts! One moment that really stands out was during our ceremony rehearsal. We were struggling with the ceremony backdrop, and I was starting to panic because it just wasn’t coming together the way I had imagined. Hanna stepped in immediately, offered reassurance, and somehow transformed it into something even more beautiful than I had pictured. It was magic! Another standout moment happened right before the ceremony. My bridesmaids and I were trying to stay tucked away, but people kept coming in with questions and last-minute issues.
