    We had a 240 person wedding and used Emily for everything but the venue contract. Emily was so calm and accommodating throughout, she is the perfect combination of ensuring a quality event while also allowing us to make it uniquely ours. Our venue was Golden Nugget and the event person there was very difficult and made planning very stressful. Emily graciously handled the interactions with our venue person and even negotiated several expenses so we didn’t have to pay as much. She was mindful of our budget and we don’t regret spending the money for her services, as we had a wonderful wedding

    Our Wedding Day Was Perfect Because of Emily

    Hiring Emily as our day-of coordinator for our destination wedding at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas, NV was truly one of the best decisions we made. Planning a wedding from out of town can feel stressful, but Emily stepped in and made everything feel effortless. She took all of our planning details and brought them to life seamlessly, including her staff. From the moment the day began, we felt completely calm knowing she was in charge. To give some clarity I am a teacher/eldest daughter/former military/extremely type A/have been a bridesmaid 7 times (very Monica from friends) and felt so relieved to have Emily checking-in and handling all the details. One of the biggest moments she handled flawlessly was when our ceremony location had to be moved from the outdoor wedding gazebo to indoors. What could have been a stressful situation was handled quickly, smoothly, and without panic. She communicated with the venue team, adjusted logistics, and ensured everything still felt beautiful and intentional. There was never any confusion with our guests (who varied in ages), that’s how smoothly she managed it. A few weeks from my wedding day I had asked about extending our contract to include more assistance with setup/cleanup and the extra services were extremely reasonably priced. She also navigated our loud and rambunctious family with the perfect balance of firmness and kindness. She kept everyone where they needed to be, on time, and organized, all while being warm and respectful. It takes a special kind of professionalism to manage personalities with grace, and Emily absolutely nailed it. Because of her, the entire day flowed effortlessly. We were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and enjoy our destination celebration in Las Vegas without worrying about a single detail. Our family and friends even commented on how smooth and organized everything felt (who are used to my planning and directions). If you are planning a wedding, especially a destination wedding, hire Emily. There is no doubt about why she is a preferred vendor for the JW Marriott, she is calm under pressure, incredibly organized, confident, kind, and truly talented at what she does. We are beyond grateful she was part of our wedding team and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her communication and professional skills are unmatched (as well as her teams). Forever thankful! Yes, depending on the demand of our services. My team and I are more than happy to assist and work in multiple weddings in a weekend. If it is the same day, our team will be divided to each wedding accordingly.
