We’re a studio that does things differently. Our main goal is to make sure you’re having fun on your wedding day. To ensure that everyone getting their photo/video taken isn’t treated like another number but rather treated like family. and that the photo/video process isn’t “cookie-cutter” because everyone’s wedding day is unique and special. We’ve been to hundreds of weddings as a team, and our motto has never changed. We want you to live in the moment, while we capture it.
We’re a small team of photographers & filmmakers who believe that the industry should be different. Planning a wedding is a lot of hard work and can sometimes feel overwhelming and scary. Let’s face it, getting photographed for longer than an hour is scary, never mind 6-8 hours! Our team is focused on getting to know every client individually and ensuring that on your day we’re not just some random people documenting it all, but we feel like friends, just showing up to ensure your day is just as magical as you envisioned it to be.

simply the best!
Ryan was a top recommended vendor by our venue and within 5 minutes of our consultation call I knew he was our photographer. He was fun, energetic, easy to communicate with and was an overall vibe! We had a mini destination wedding, so we were coming into our location almost blindly. First, for our engagement shoot (or lovebird session) Ryan and his wife Jenn drove 4 hours to photograph us in our home city and a VERY reasonable and fair price. This day was so fun to meet part of the team and confirm our photographer choice. Then, through the planning process, Ryan was able to seamlessly guide us through picking the perfect shot locations along with building our entire wedding day timeline that worked for all our vendors. Finally the day of went perfectly - and much of that was due to Ryan's team quite literally directing the show. From the minute the team walked into our getting ready suite (on time to the minute), they got right to work. They made everyone laugh, feel comfortable and have fun with taking photos for hours. Ryan's team was so talented, genuine, professional and fun. We had a BIG wedding party with lots of involved family members and the team didn't skip a beat. To top it all off our video and album came earlier than expected and was more than we could even imagine. We have hundreds of photos that will last a life time and are stunning and a highlight reel that perfectly captures us. Thank you Willow for being Simply the best. We can't wait to work with you again to photograph our family!
5 Stars is not enough!
If I could I would give Willow 10000 stars! Ryan and his team (ESPECIALLY BRITT AND KAELI!) were amazing from the first email. My now wife and I procrastinated hiring a photographer, not realizing most were booking more than a year in advance, because of Willow's collective approach they were able to fit us in. We had our engagement (lovebird) session with Ryan the owner, and he was flexible and communicative during some weather rescheduling. On the day of, he understood that neither of us were comfortable in front of the camera, or used to being the center of attention. He was able to help us come out of our shell and we have amazing pictures that show our love so clearly. Leading up to the big day the team at Willow kept in touch with us and worked around our needs and understood we were procrastinators and helped us stay on track. Day of, I can't say enough about Britt and Kaeli. As soon as they showed up, I knew they were our people. They fit right in with our wild group of friends, and kept us laughing and calm when things got stressful. I was recovering from a broken leg on wedding day and still in a large bulky (UGLY) walking boot. Britt and Kaeli were able to keep it out of all our photos, without missing any photo ops. This was a huge deal to me when we got the photos back, knowing I can look back on that perfect day without having to see the reminder of my injury. Beyond just that, Britt and Kaeli gave us photos that we are quite literally obsessed with. The candids and portraits alike show our personality and love throughout. Our camp wedding was everything we could have ever asked for, and Britt, Kaeli and everyone at Willow gave us the best record, of the best day and their photos will be a cherished part of our lives forever.
A huge fan
We were honored to be able to work with @willowphotolco for an October 2023 wedding. We could not wait to see our florals behind their lens! We were sooo impressed with all of their work and cannot recommend them more for your wedding. They captured the love of the couple perfectly! A pleasure to work with!
Best Wedding Choice We Made!!
Working with Willow for our wedding videography was everything we could have hoped for! We found them on YouTube, as we noticed a common theme that all of the best wedding films we watched to research different venues locally, were made by Willow. From the initial meetings with owner Ryan, and pre-wedding planning calls, to the flexibility of the team when our ceremony location was changed only a month before the wedding, we had full confidence going in on wedding day that they would do an amazing job. After meeting two of their videographers, Luke & Britt, we were both instantly comfortable and this helped to make the day that much more special. Both of them had such great energy and you could tell they were genuinely happy to be there - we couldn’t have appreciated this more on our special day. They didn’t make us feel stressed, and they happily offered to stay an extra hour when some of the reception timing was shifted. We knew it had been a lot of hours and they were completely game to make sure they captured everything we wanted, even when this meant extra time. The highlight video was delivered much sooner than we expected, and we absolutely loved the result. We trusted Ryan and the team to pick the music for our film, which is extremely important to us, and they were able to find songs that perfectly encapsulated us and our wedding. We are so incredibly happy with how they told our story. Lastly, we had selected a package including RAW footage from the day, and again, the team exceeded our expectations. The footage was delivered in such a kind package with a few special treats, and all of the files were organized by portion of the wedding day. We knew that receiving RAW footage would potentially mean an overwhelming number of clips to sort through, but having it all organized already was such a nice touch. Overall, we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to film our wedding day, capturing these memories that will last a lifetime for us. They were all so pleasant to work with and we sincerely hope they’ll be able to capture more for us in the future!!
