Capturing your beautiful & intimate moments is why I do what I do. Whether it's the brush of a hand, a first look, or an inside joke whispered at just the right time... I am constantly seeking to capture those beautiful moments. Those real, stunning and timeless moments that make up YOUR relationship. However, I pride myself on being more than a wedding photographer – As someone who has been an intimate part of over 200 weddings, I vow to be your number one hype woman, your timeline planner, your moment of zen, your personal cleavage taper, your family wrangler, your time pauser, and your memory keeper.

My 11 years of wedding experience experience has allowed me to be a part of sunset weddings in Santa Barbara, elopements on Lake Superior, vow readings in Glacier National Park, sunrise letter exchanges in Jamaica, weddings on yachts, elopements in the desert, a Japanese wedding IN Tokyo, Indian weddings, and all types of incredible multi-cultural weddings. I am here for it ALL, but more than anything, I am here for YOU.

    Mycah came down to Chicago to take our engagement pictures – We started at the Chicago Institute of Art, walked the streets to the Chicago theater, and ended on a bridge overlooking the river. These are hands down some of the greatest pictures I have ever had taken of me, and I have had so many people reach out to me asking who the photographer was. Not only is Mycah absolutely brilliant when it comes to photography, and capturing love in a way that is authentic and powerful, but she also has a natural ability to make the entire process so seamless and calm. My fiancé made it very clear before we took pictures that we were going to be doing his 2 least favorite things – PDA, and taking pictures. Yet after the afternoon we spent taking pictures together he was so grateful for the experience, and even rated it a 10/10! I can't say enough about how talented Mycah is, and I would never trust anybody else to take my pictures.

    If you are still looking for a photographer (no matter the occasion) stop right now and hire Mycah!! Mycah did our engagement pictures, COVID small ceremony, and finally our real wedding & reception in July 2021...and every single picture is beyond perfect. I am still getting compliments to this day of how wonderful Mycah was during my whole wedding. She knows how to get everyone's attention and listen to her directions for big group photos -even that family member that tries to control the situation! We had a huge group of friends, not a wedding party, and Mycah was able to get the most amazing pictures of the entire group (think 35+ people! ). She thought of every picture that I would never think of asking her to take. She is the kindest, easiest to talk to, most caring person you want at your wedding to take your pictures. We are not the most comfortable people in front of the camera and are super awkward but Mycah makes you feel at ease AND you end up looking so natural when you get your pictures!! I have no doubt that I will be asking Mycah to take photos of my family for the rest of time. She is super talented at what she does and you will love every picture she takes!!
