I’m Laura Nichole! Welcome to my little nook of the web. From local Iowa venues to crossing state lines and flying over country boarders, I have had the blessing of capturing timeless moments of the most amazing humans you could ever meet! Can I be your biggest fan?? I want to capture your favorite memories, the highs, the lows, and everything in between, so that when you look at your images you can remember exactly how you felt in those moments. I want you to see just how captivating and special you truly are.

I pride myself in capturing timeless imagery with natural and true to life editing that create photos that will never look out of style! I also love serving people in anyway I can, so I usually step into other rolls outside of photographer during your wedding. You need your dress sewn? Perfect, I can do that! Your feet hurt? Great, step out of those heels and take my shoes! Your family member is being difficult?? Totally fine, I’ll take that off your plate. I’m here to make your life and your wedding easier and more enjoyable!

    Laura is the absolute best!!

    Laura was one of the best choices that we made in our wedding planning journey. She was an absolute joy to work with during the wedding planning process, our engagement session, and our recent wedding. Her passion for what she does is so evident as she is so joyful whilst capturing these precious moments in our life. Leading up to the wedding she helped us put together a schedule for our day which was tremendously helpful. On the day of the wedding, she was with us always taking candid and posed photos, but went above and beyond to help our day run smoothly! One specific example of this was her willingness to be on the ground scrubbing my dress with a tide to go stick moments before the ceremony after outdoor photos added some stains to my dress. She made us and everyone in our bridal party feel so comfortable during the photo sessions. During the dancing portion of our reception she found a few minutes to quickly edit some sneak peeks for us to show before she left and they were so incredible. We are so looking forward to seeing the full gallery. We truly can’t recommend Laura enough!!

    Incredibly Intentional!

    Laura photographed my friend’s wedding (Alyssa & Michael) in August 2025, and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. She has such a sweet personality and was incredibly thoughtful, intentional, and organized throughout the entire day. One of the most special touches was the small Polaroid album she put together for them to take home at the end of the night.

    Talented Photographer, Sweet Personality!

    Laura is an extremely talented and skilled photographer. You can tell that she has a passion for her craft and really enjoys being behind the camera. I am a wedding DJ and have not only gotten to work alongside Laura for a few weddings but I was her DJ for her wedding. So I have firsthand experience of her genuine personality, her infectious smile and her caring spirit. As a photographer she goes above and beyond to ensure the couples day goes smoothly. She does a great job with coordinating the logistics of the timeline while capturing all of those special shots and moments. I wholeheartedly without a doubt recommend Laura for engagement and wedding photo's.

    Overall professional!

    Laura did our engagement and wedding photos, and they always turned out stunning! I had to do a lot of photographer recon before choosing, as Joe and I are both pretty pale. I noticed some photographers wash out color. I chose Laura because her style didn't do that to us, and the depth of her colors really stood out to me! Joe and I have never been publicly affectionate, and Laura respected that and gave us great prompts to make us feel comfortable. Our photos turned out amazing, and I can't wait to frame some to have around the house!
