Do NOT hire Kristi and her team for your wedding!! See below for all the reasons you should stay away from this photography company: 1. We had an unplugged ceremony as we had paid Kristi and her team to capture our entire wedding ceremony on video. Not only did she fail to capture our entire ceremony on video, but she also failed to inform us that she had not done so until we asked her where our ceremony video was over a week after she was contracted to deliver it. We were beyond devastated to learn that Kristi’s team failed to capture something that we’ll never be able to experience or recreate again. 2. Kristi also breached our contract by delivering our photos and 5-7 minute highlight video 10 days late. When asked to be reimbursed for her breach in contract, she declined and then ignored our follow-up email. This is completely unprofessional and unfair as she would have charged us 250 for sending any of our monthly payments 3 days late. We were on time with all payments, so we were surprised that she didn’t return the same courtesy. 3. We spent a weekend putting together a thorough shot list to make sure we would have set pictures with our family and friends on our wedding day as Kristi had requested a shot list / photo ideas from us. This was a complete waste of time! Despite sending her this shot list a month before the wedding, she didn’t use the shot list and we had to keep track of who we had taken photos with. On the day when it mattered, it didn’t seem like she remembered any of the photo ideas we had sent her. Additionally, she relied on scrolling through her phone to come up with inspiration for poses which limited the amount of photos we could get before losing the sunset lighting. 4. Kristi and her team are highly unprofessional. When we met up with them to discuss the details of our wedding they spent a lot of time talking poorly about their previous clients. We should’ve taken that as a hint to use another photographer but unfortunately we had already signed our contract. If you want a professional photographer that adheres to their contract and delivers all your content on time, book anyone else besides Kristi and her team.
