I have been photographing weddings for 11 years although I have been in business for 15. I photograph about 20 weddings a year. I have been married to my high-school sweetheart since 2018 and we have one daughter together.

I'm a very easy going and go with the flow type of person. My main goal is for you to truly enjoy your wedding day and have an amazing day with you! I have a very natural and true to life editing style to create a timeless portfolio of your wedding day.

    Chelsea deRoche Photography was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding day. From our very first interaction, Chelsea was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic about capturing our special day. Her communication style was incredibly support-oriented - she met with me in person to establish a detailed timeline that ended up being a lifesaver on the wedding day. When our wedding coordinator had to step away for a couple hours, Chelsea seamlessly stepped up to fill that role, going above and beyond what was required of her. Chelsea's work is truly excellent - her photos are precise, reliable, and professional, with an innovative and creative edge. One of our favorite moments was when Chelsea encouraged us to get some shots in an abandoned barn, and those photos ended up being our absolute favorites. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer to work with - it truly felt like we were collaborating with a close friend throughout the entire process. Typically, couples book me about a year before their wedding but every year I always have a few last minute bookings too so its never too late to ask!
I have a group of photographers I work with often so if you pick a package that includes a second shooter, I will use one of my trusted seconds for your big day.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. My editing is very true to life so I do not alter body styles, make up selections or clothing alterations.
No, but I do have videographers I work with often that I can recommend!
My turnaround time varies by season- fall taking upwards of 6 weeks. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online in your private gallery 4-6 weeks after your wedding.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 11 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my associates and I would still edit your photographs. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement if you'd rather go that route.
