Austin James Photography is a wedding photography based out of Denver, CO but willing to travel anywhere! I focus on being there for my couples from the moment we meet all the way to the wedding and beyond. I can give you amazing photos to hold onto forever, but the biggest goal of mine is to make your wedding day as comfortable and fun as possible. I mean it is a celebration after all! I am also here to guide you through the busy task of wedding planning. With years of experience in the industry, I am happy to help you with anything you might need! My services also include a complimentary engagement session and a second photographer.

My company was founded out of my love for working with couples! I love to help people feel at home in front of my lens, so they can relax and soak in the special day. With your day being easy and fun, your personalities will really show through the photos and that's always my goal! As much as I love the photography aspect of my job, nothing beats getting to hang out with my couples and have fun together! I mean what’s life without having fun and enjoying the moments? Whether it’s going out for a drink for our first consult or goofing around on the wedding day, I love building those relationships where wedding day is fun and easy!

    I’ve second shot for Austin at least 10 times by now and am looking forward for the ones to come! Because of who he is and how he runs his business the clients he attracts are amazing people and we have a blast capturing their weddings together. He is professional and creative and it’s been educational getting to be a part of the process.

    Austin is an amazing photographer and a really great guy! I think if you look at his work it speaks for itself. He really takes the time to get to know you, listen to any input you have and delivers above what you can even picture in your mind. My wife and I were blown away with the engagement and wedding photos that Austin took! In addition, he uses his experience from previous weddings and shares what he has learned to help make your wedding day go as smooth as it can. We really appreciated his help and insights and cannot recommend him enough for your engagement/wedding photos.

    Austin is the gold standard for wedding photographers! He captured our wedding day/night so impeccably and we have hundreds of beautiful, natural and just straight up stunning pictures to help us remember the most special night of our lives. Austin was probably the best investment we made for our wedding. He was so genuine when getting to know us prior to us choosing him and that did not change. There is no sense that he's trying to "sell" you at all. We spent an hour getting to know him and learning about his style and preference to ensure (for his sake and ours) that he was the perfect fit and we couldn't be happier! He met up with us a couple times prior to our wedding to get to know us better so that on the day of, there were no nerves with the photos; it was as if your friend was asking for a quick pic. He is remarkably talented and you can tell when he's doing his work that you are going to come out with a top-tier product when he's done. I have heard that other wedding photographers just apply a generic filter to all your pictures to make the editing easier. Not with Austin, the lighting always comes out perfectly, the editing is so natural and just makes the photographs shine like the memories they will become. Timeliness? Austin had our sneak peek to us the day after our wedding before we even got to our honeymoon destination! I'm really thankful for such a quick turnaround. A couple other notes: he included our engagement session and even traveled into the mountains for us to get some absolutely breathtaking shots. He was on time, exceedingly professional, remarkably organized on the day of so the many photos we took ran smooth and he used his second photographer excellently to gather small detailed shots that he knew (without us asking) that we would want. He clearly cares about each couple that he works with and develops an emotional connection with you so that he can understand what your dreams are and play his part in making them a reality. I'm convinced Austin is the best photographer you could choose for your wedding and we'd give him six stars if we could! Thank you, Austin, you're the man!
