Secular Moments

Since 2020 I have provided secular weddings, elopements, and license signings for couples in north Georgia. Secular Moments is a good fit for your wedding if you want a celebrant who will be the easiest part of your day. If you want a service that is real and sincere more than it is formal or orchestrated. Or if you want someone who will bring a calm joy to the front of the aisle to help frame you both.

I love to support the most whimsical and truthful parts of your wedding ceremony. Set aside the idea of looking for a “wedding poem” and instead let your wedding be your unique love story for the ages. And because I want your day to be successful regardless of the officiant you choose - I offer you these two bits information… 1. Unity candles have about a 50/50 rate of lighting and staying lit flawlessly (lower when the wedding is outside). 2. Have your flower / ring kids meet the officiant intentionally before the ceremony. The officiant is the person they walk towards and we shouldn’t be a stranger.
