Grace with Ruidoso Weddings is my mom and we had her officiate our wedding this past weekend! I was able to witness a wedding she did years ago, and it was so very clear that she loved being an officiant as she created a beautiful experience for the bride & groom. When I got engaged there was no question in our mind that my mom would be the one to marry us. Just as I saw her do previously, and have heard her speak of with the many weddings she’s officiated since - she did a beautiful job of creating a beautiful day for us. Leading up to the wedding, she sent over a questionnaire which we filled out on a date night. It was very enjoyable to reminisce & talk through so many memories over the years of our relationship. The questions she asked were insightful and thought provoking, used as a way to get a better & more intimate glimpse into our relationship. Once the questionnaire was finished, she shared the ceremony she had written based off of our answers. When I tell you both my husband & I cried and cried - it’s truly an understatement. She wrote a beautiful ceremony outlining our relationship & speaking of our future. I truly have never heard such beautiful words & was very excited to hear them spoken at our ceremony. Once our wedding day came she helped to ensure everything ran on schedule, making sure we were hydrated, and kept us grounded & in the moment. She did a superb job during the ceremony & conveyed so much love, emotion, and thoughtfulness. So many people came up to us after the ceremony singing her praises. It truly was so beautiful & I’m grateful to have been able to experience having her as our officiant after seeing & hearing of the many weddings she’s officiated!

I highly recommend, she made sure we had all our questions answered and anything else we could think of such as hotel/air bnb recommendations and checking up on us the following weeks after the ceremony. She wrote out the ceremony beautifully and got to know us and included many pieces written to pray over us since she knew that was important to us. We just eloped but everything went smoothly and I’m happy we chose her to officiate!

Grace was really great for our elopement- we came to her only a few weeks out and she was able to accommodate us and provided lots of meaningful guidance on good spots for a ceremony, contacts for photographers, hair and makeup stylists, etc. She took a lot of interest in us and our story and making sure she put together a ceremony that properly represented us. Would highly recommend her for those looking to wed in the Ruidoso area.
