I create fun, heartfelt, lighthearted, and completely personalized ceremonies that celebrate your relationship and tell your story in a way that feels natural and genuine. Whether you want romantic, funny, short and sweet, traditional with a twist, or completely outside the box, I’ll help create a ceremony that fits the two of you perfectly. My goal? What sets me apart is the experience I bring before, during, and after your ceremony. I’m there to guide you through the process, help with the little details you may not even know to think about, calm the nerves, keep things flowing, and make sure you feel completely comfortable standing up there. I bring warmth, humor, flexibility, and a very down to earth approach, so it never feels formal or intimidating. My all-inclusive package takes care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your day! It includes a fun one-hour ceremony workshop, a fully personalized ceremony and love story, unlimited revisions, full rehearsal, ongoing phone/email support, early arrival, regional travel, legal paperwork and registration, ceremony coordination and performance, no guest limit, and even a backup officiant for extra peace of mind. Everything you need for a smooth, meaningful, unforgettable ceremony!

Classic Traditional

Description

Perfect for couples wanting a classic, meaningful ceremony with zero stress. Includes me as your authorized officiant, no guest limit, (50 guests or less is $300.00). Unlimited phone/email support, early access to your ceremony script, arrival 30+ minutes early, regional travel, legal filing and registration, ceremony performance and coordination, plus a backup officiant for peace of mind. I’ll make sure everything flows smoothly so you can simply enjoy your moment! ❤️

Elopement Simplicity

Description

Wedding Officiant (thats me!) to make it official Invite up to 6 guests, including your two witnesses. Unlimited phone/email fun chats to plan your ceremony. Get your classic ceremony script ahead of time. Travel within the region is on me. Legal handling and registration is covered. Full service including signings approximately 15 minutes.

    Great and fun officiant!

    We hired Dee on fairly short notice (3 months) for our wedding of 50 guests. She did a wonderful job. She was very interested in telling our personal story and asked tons of great questions about us to get to know us as a couple and give our guests a wonderful ceremony. She was extremely responsive and professional in initial meetings and the lead ups to the big day and gave us the whole ceremony script ahead of time. The ceremony itself was filled with joy and lots of laughs. Her pricing is very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!

    A Great Officiant!

    Dee is truly great at her job. She met with us several times prior to the wedding to go over every detail, from the ceremony plans to how we met (which she used in the unique "love story" portion of the ceremony). She sent us the ceremony script ahead of time to make sure it was exactly as we wanted and delivered a perfect ceremony on the day of the wedding! Dee is professional, courteous, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!

    If you want the BEST officiant, you definitely need to have DEE @(knotoriouslyunique.com) to be part of your special day. My husband and I renewed our wedding vows after 40 years. Dee put in a lot of time and energy to really find out who we are as couple. Reaching out to family and friends to know our story over the past 40 years. Dee is a natural at this, she was professional, confident and full of energy making us feel very relaxed during the ceremony to ensure we really enjoyed the moment. It is a day we will never forget. I recommend and gently insist on a rehearsal, that’s why it’s included in my services! If your venue is not available for a rehearsal, don’t fret! We just need a space where we can imagine a “front area” and practice walking down a mock aisle and standing in a line. I’ve done rehearsals in city parks, living rooms, condo party rooms, and restaurants. We want to do everything we can to make sure everyone is as relaxed as possible on your wedding day. A rehearsal, anywhere, goes a long way towards that.
After we meet and you decide to book me, I send you an email with the contract and a link to an online payment portal. You can pay by credit card online. I ask for a 50% booking deposit as a retainer, and I ask for the remaining 50% 2 weeks before your ceremony.
Yes, you have to get your marriage license through the state. I only provide legal handling and registration of certification of your marriage with the registrar’s office.
My fee includes all travel within 1 hour including the rehearsal, from my location. On occasion, I will travel slightly further. The fee is incrementally higher as the distance increases beyond 1 hour. There are no extra fees other than further than 1 hour away. The price you see is all you’ll pay within 1 hour of my location.
