    I booked Katherine Via Instagram and from day 1 it had been a really positive experience. I am someone who has a lot of anxiety around booking vendors so this is from the perspective of a non chill client. Communication was really good and pretty fast, closer to the time I was able to have a video call consultation with Katherine where we went over what I had in mind, Katherine was so sweet and so helpful and even helped me find hair extensions in the UK to achieve the look I wanted. I was also advised how to prep my natural hair and the hair pieces in advance to help achieve a longer lasting style. On the day I felt really comfortable and easy, Katherine worked really fast and I appreciated the mini-consultation to confirm how dramatic I wanted my hair to be. Because I didnt book for bridal- it was for a photoshoot, I didnt have the bridal experience but it was honestly just as nice as my actual one. Payment was soo easy through the app and tbh it was such a nice and professional experience I would love to book again if ever the chance
