There are two options: Option 1: You can book a trial, and you then have until 1 week after that appointment to sign your contract and make your deposit. Option 2: You can sign a contract and make your deposit right away and schedule your trial at a later date. Please note: Your deposit goes towards your trial and day- of services. We do not charge booking fees. Booking your trial too far in advance risks the artist having a life change that may make them unavailable for your wedding date.

The service minimum for a Friday or Saturday is 5 adult services for each artist.

We need a final count of services to reserve a team to accommodate your bridal party size. You can book meeting our minimum of 5 adult services per artist. If you need to add more services for additional people later on, you can but we can’t guarantee we will have an additional artist available for you. Can I still book if I don’t know the exact time my bridal party and I need to be ready by? When filling out the ‘Reserve your date’ form, we understand your timeline may change within reason. The more details and firm times assure we can accommodate your needs.

We only book trials with the artists who are assigned to your wedding. If your trial is booked too far out, there may be a possibility of your artist no longer being available for your wedding.

All services take about 45 minutes for hair services and makeup applications.

All travel expenses are based on the distance between the on-site location and Jaide & Co. Bridal Artistry studio located in Lake Villa, IL. For all on-site locations, the first 60 miles round trip of travel per artist is included. Any additional miles will be charged at $1.00 per mile for each artist.

As our freelancers provide the same level service regardless of the situation we do not offer discounts for our services regardless of date, location or headcount.

Yes! Our team will arrive at your hotel or venue on your wedding day. Be sure to check with your venue to confirm you can get in early enough, as many venues offer their bridal suite for a short amount of time prior to the ceremony. Do you offer an hourly fee for touch ups or to attend the event for the night. If you are interested, please fill out the contact form to request a quote.

Gratuity is never expected but much appreciated.

All trials take place at a small in- home studio located in Lake Villa, IL. Trials are scheduled Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm, weekends are limited.

Please allow an hour for your hair trial and an hour for your makeup trial.

Please bring your veil and any hair accessories that you plan on wearing for your wedding day. If you have a specific hair or makeup product that you want to use for your wedding, please bring it. If you have any allergies to any makeup brands or ingredients, please let us know in advance.

Absolutely! We do have a small studio space, please limit your guests to 1 or 2 additional people.

Please come with clean hair that is completely dry or day-old hair that has not been previously straightened/ flat ironed.

Absolutely! We have experience with clip-ins, halo, wefts, beads and fusion. The hair must be 100% human hair in order for it to be curled without burning or melting. There is an additional cost for working with extensions.
