Owner and Artist

Owner, Devin Wollner, is a licensed Cosmetologist as of November 2015 in Colorado. Devine Designs, LLC was established in August of 2016 and has been providing professional services ever since. She offers Makeup and Hair services for Weddings, as well as other events (Prom, Photoshoots, Runway, Special Events) In addition, she offers Hair Removal (Waxing and Tweezing), Brow & Lash Tinting, Brow Lamination, Lash Extensions & Perming.

I do not believe in charging more for the bride. My pricing is the same across the board for brides, bridal parties, mothers, and flower girls. I focus on the needs of the bride first and foremost. But each person gets the same attention. I believe in making each person feel special. I want everyone to look and feel beautiful.

Hair is styled half up or all up. Includes pins, braids, or twists. If your hair is considerably longer and/or thicker than the *average* person, a fee and time will be added. Up to stylists discretion.

Devin did an incredible job executing to exactly what I requested. Her techniques and skills are unmatched, ESPECIALLY for her cost. I don’t wear makeup, so it takes an incredibly talented person to not make it so I am not wearing too much and she did that and so much more. 100/10 recommend!

Devin is amazing at what she does! We said we did not want our faces to feel too "caked" with make up, and she delivered. She was also super receptive to my requests. My lips were a little lighter than I initially wanted, so she darkened them slowly until I found the perfect shade! I highly recommend Devin for your special day.
