Vy’s & Bloom Studio is a private, Chicago-based floral design studio specializing in modern, garden-inspired weddings and celebrations. Founded by floral designer Vy Nguyen, the studio creates thoughtful, personalized designs with beautiful color, seasonal movement, and an artistic touch. From bridal bouquets and intimate weddings to ceremony and reception installations, every floral detail is designed with care to reflect each couple’s style, story, and vision.

Our work is for couples who want flowers that feel artistic, romantic, and a little unexpected. Rather than repeating the same look for every wedding, we create each floral concept around the couple, their venue, color palette, and personal style. We combine garden-inspired movement with an editorial eye to create florals that photograph beautifully while still feeling warm, natural, and meaningful. Because we are a private studio, every wedding receives personal attention and a thoughtful, hands-on design experience.

Our initial consultation is held by email and Zoom. We’ll discuss your wedding date, venue, floral needs, color palette, inspiration, and estimated budget. You’re welcome to share photos, a mood board, or any details that help us understand your vision. After the consultation, we’ll create a custom floral proposal based on your celebration.
Vy’s & Bloom Studio is a private, appointment-only studio and is not open for walk-ins. Most consultations are completed by email and Zoom. In-person venue visits may be arranged when needed for larger installations, ceremony designs, or more detailed logistical planning.
Yes. Venue visits are available when they are helpful for planning placement, measurements, installation logistics, and repurposing floral designs. Depending on the location and scope of the wedding, an additional site-visit fee may apply.
Full-service wedding floral design begins at your current minimum investment. Smaller weddings, elopements, and personal flowers may be available through our intimate wedding or à la carte services. Final pricing depends on the floral selections, quantities, labor, delivery, installation, and venue requirements.
We recommend reaching out as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed. Most couples book several months in advance, while larger or more detailed weddings may require additional planning time. Availability is limited because we accept a select number of weddings to provide each couple with personal attention.
We are based in Chicago and serve weddings throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Travel outside our standard service area may be available depending on the date, location, and scope of the event. Delivery, setup, installation, and travel fees are calculated separately based on the wedding details.
Yes. Setup and installation are available for full-service weddings. Breakdown and floral removal may also be added when required by the venue or requested by the couple. These services are priced according to the scope of the designs, venue access, timing, and labor required.
