Vine & Oak is an event styling and floral design company based in the Philadelphia area. Working with us entails that we will partner with you to create the overall aesthetic and beauty of your event. Whether that means showcasing a beautiful venue or creating an environment in a blank canvas venue. We will work with you on every detail: initial creative design, sourcing other vendors, choosing and sourcing colors, linens, stationary and calligraphy, rentals, installations such as escort walls and lounges, and—of course—floral design.

If it relates to the overall look and feel of your wedding- we do it! Our event styling services will tie your entire event together. We believe in a beautifully designed, curated experience. Each celebration is created to be unique to you and your story. Every detail is carefully selected to capture your vision and transport you and your guests beyond the ordinary and the expected.

    After having to cancel our original wedding plans due to Covid, Vine & Oak came to the rescue! With no end to the pandemic in sight, we decided to embrace the backyard quarantine wedding trend and get married on our back deck. In just a few weeks, Vine & Oak helped plan and execute the most amazing days for us. They transformed our back deck into a beautiful, festive and picture perfect scene with balloons, flowers, lighting and every detail far exceeding even my highest hopes. As a former wedding and event planner myself, I know I have high expectations and am not the easiest client, but Jackie and Erica are total professionals and made all of our wedding day dreams finally come true! I highly recommend working with Vine & Oak to make your event dreams come true!

    Honestly booking Vine & Oak was thee best decision I made . I wanted my bridal shower to be over the top feminine and pretty and let me tell you they made my shower sooo dreamy and elegant . It was more than I could have imagined and that’s saying a lot because I have high expectations. And yet they exceeded them. I’m still to this day getting compliments and it was 5 months ago. They have great vision and are able to look at a space and make it come to LIFE. Very professional yet warm. I can’t wait to book them again !
