Floral Events Designer

We craft magical sceneries using the highest quality tropicals, farm-fresh heirloom blooms and sustainable floristry techniques. We always source local and seasonal first and directly from farms and growers if possible. Floral arrangements are classic, elegant and understated yet rich in texture, unique floral combinations and sophisticated color palettes.

We take on a limited number of events throughout the year. This helps us to stay fully-focused and provide the best service to our clients. Whether it be for campaigns, openings, editorial shoots or weddings and events, I strive to truly understand my clients' visions. I love to look at everything as a whole so we can create florals experiences that complement the space and embody the spirit of the day as you see it.

We offer 2 levels of service for events: Full Service or Delivery + Setup. We discuss all levels of service with our clients. Full-Service minimum is a $4500 floral spend + production fee on Oahu and $5500 floral spend + production fee on the outer islands. Ala Carte services require a $1600 floral spend minimum + delivery and/or hourly setup fee - better suited for intimate elopements and events where centerpieces can be used for ceremony + reception and bridal party florals.
As a traveling studio, we do so when we are able because the calendar is based on where we are at that time. We will post availability on our website and on social media and if we can, we do. However, I was a former DIY bride who eloped, and I love to advise couples on how they can get their best floral designs within their budget, so feel free to email me and ask away. The most creative designs come from all kinds of constraints, and if you are interested in doing your own florals, I'm really happy to share advice on getting you started.
We only take on a handful of full-service events per month. What I love most is the design process and working closely with my clients. I spend a lot of time invested in my clients ensuring their designs are what they are envisioning and I look at every detail across an entire event with the florals being only a part of it. In that sense, we are more of an art and design studio. I'd like to think the work we produce and our level of service reflects the thoughtfulness and consideration given to designing your florals.
We only take bookings a year in advance. Six months - three months out allows for enough time to design your event.
I ask for a minimum of one month to work with you in designing your florals. It's not always possible, but if we can pick up a last minute floral order, we try!
Yes! Production and material fees may vary according to region. Travel and accommodation would be included in the estimate but depending on the destination, sometimes portions of the fees may be forfeited if we have the means to cover our own way since we love to travel!
