I contacted InFlorEscence regarding a bridal bouquet for my micro wedding on 11/1. I sent Anjelica inspiration photos of modern and dreamy fall bouquets. She guaranteed a unique bridal bouquet and even a complimentary boutonnière to be delivered around 7pm on 10/31. I expressed my concern for that late of a delivery on Halloween, but she reassured me otherwise. 10/31 came and at 8pm still no bouquet or boutonnière. I contacted Anjelica who said she was on her way. After 9pm she texted me saying that she had been stuck behind a “Halloween bike ride” for 45 minutes, didn’t want to wait anymore, and asked if she could deliver the flowers in the morning instead. I requested she arrive at 8:30am and tell me when she was in the hotel lobby so that my husband and I could meet her and handle the delivery. At exactly 8am I receive a text from Anjelica that my bouquet had been left at the front desk. I received a sad, low quality, underwhelming, and lifeless bouquet that looked absolutely nothing like my reference photos. I was devastated. This bouquet was missing all my desired elements. I also did NOT receive a boutonnière. Anjelica clearly forgot and whipped up this sad little bouquet last minute, forgetting the boutonnière altogether. She clearly delivered the bouquet earlier than expected to avoid any contact with me. She knew this would not meet my expectations. I expressed my extreme disappointment and Anjelica claimed that she created a bouquet exactly like my photos with a matching boutonnière. She claimed the delivery driver must’ve mixed up the orders, however she specifically told me she was going to deliver these to me personally… Anjelica provided no photo proof of this alleged bouquet and boutonnière. She did not offer any adjustments, replacements, or compensation. I requested a refund. Anjelica is unprofessional and handled this incident with dishonesty and deception. She completely forgot about my bouquet and boutonnière. Anjelica made endless excuses obviously lying to try to cover up her own neglect and poor planning. I’m truly disappointed and disheartened for trusting her with something so important. Anjelica completely let me down on my wedding day.
