    Elyse Floral Design was the best! Elyse was super sweet and so creative. We had all white florals and she gave some suggestions on different flower shapes and textures that really pulled the look together. And she added some of her own grown peonies to my bouquet!! I can’t wait until our photos come in :)

    I hired Elyse Floral Design for my May 2025 wedding, paying 2,770 for what was supposed to be premium floral arrangements including a large, cascading bridal bouquet and four large urn planters. What was delivered fell far below expectations. The bridal bouquet, which I was charged 500 for, was undersized, sparse, and poorly constructed, it looked more like a bridesmaid bouquet and was glued together. After following up post-wedding, I received a refund for that item only. The four urn arrangements that made up the remaining 2,270 each contained maybe 20–25 stems and were completely underwhelming. They lacked the fullness, quality, and aesthetic promised in the inspiration images and proposal. I have photos that clearly show how bare the arrangements were compared to what was agreed upon. The flowers were wilted and sad. Most concerning, no one from Elyse’s team made any attempt to speak with me, the bride, on the wedding day. Despite being on site, they never checked in to ensure the florals were satisfactory or offered any opportunity to correct issues. When I followed up after the wedding to express my concerns and request a fair resolution, the florist refused to provide any refund beyond the bouquet, dismissing the rest of the issues entirely. I would not recommend Elyse Floral Design to anyone expecting professionalism, follow-through, or value. The flowers were not what was promised, and there was no real effort made to make it right.
