Sweet Landing started in 1988 when my mom opened the original candy store. Now, decades later, Sweet Landing is re-opened in a vintage Japanese mini-truck carrying gourmet candy from all around the world! The trucks name is Sweetie and she’s a 1997 Japanese Subaru Sambar. Shes full of playful charm and an unforgettable photo-op. She’s been painted bright red with a striped awning to match the original store. She carries upwards of 20 varieties of international candy at a time from countries like Sweden, Mexico, Thailand or Spain. We can’t wait to be apart of your big day as you start your sweetest journey yet! Invite your guests on a candy adventure around the world, no passport required.

Who doesn’t love a candy truck?! Sweetie gives guests of all ages a reason to mingle, explore and indulge. Inspired by my travels and a family candy shop legacy, we bring personal meaning and plenty of personality to your sweetest celebration. * female owned & small, local business!

About one parking space and a clear path to reach it. Being a kei truck, it slips into spots a full-size food truck can only dream about: narrow driveways, service gates, courtyards. Send a photo of the spot and we'll tell you straight away.
The truck usually stays outside. But, if your vendor allows it we can discuss squeezing in! The truck is about 6 feet tall and 5 feet wide.
Not a watt. We run fully self-contained, so we can park on grass, gravel or pavement without a single cable to run.
Fifteen international varieties: Japanese gummies, Scandinavian licorice, Mexican tamarind, Turkish lokum, and a rotating cast of things we found abroad and couldn't talk ourselves out of. The lineup gets tuned to your guests before every event.
Everything is bagged by hand at our own kitchen, approved under New Hampshire's cottage food rules with Massachusetts approval in progress, in 2–3 oz taster bags, a small bundle of one sweet per bag. Every guest gets three, over a third of a pound of candy in all, so nothing is loose, nothing is shared, and trying three things costs no more than trying one.
Yes. Tell us what to avoid and we'll build the lineup around it and keep flagged items off the truck entirely if you'd rather. Every taster bag is labelled with what's inside it, so guests can check for themselves before they commit.
Every guest gets three taster bags, or four with the upgrade, which brings it to a full half pound each. We size the stock to your headcount so the last guest through the queue has as much to choose from as the first one did.
One of our favourite briefs. A single country, a palette that matches your flowers, or a lineup pulled from wherever you're going on honeymoon: all doable with a bit of notice. Lets talk!
Lets brainstorm together! While we can't let you drive it for insurance purposes (and its a manual, right hand driven yikes!) we can use the truck in different ways. The opposite side of Sweetie can also become part of your celebration. Add a personalized display such as a wedding seating chart, welcome sign, photo display, favors or another creative installation designed for your event.
Love how you think! While Sweetie is a fantastic standalone attraction, we are always happy to personalize the experience. We can offer custom candy bags, a curated candy assortment, more candy per person, pre-packaged goodie bags/favors, custom signage or additional hours. Send your ideas our way, nothings too crazy!
