Your event date is reserved once your signed rental agreement and non-refundable booking retainer have been received. Until both are completed, your requested date remains available to other clients.
Your completed video guest book recordings will be delivered via a secure link within 3–5 business days after your event.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event. Final payment instructions will be included with your invoice.
We'll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible. Requests for changes should be submitted as soon as possible and may be subject to availability or additional charges.
Security deposits are typically refunded within 24–48 hours after equipment has been picked up, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Professional delivery, setup, and pickup are included for locations within 20 minutes of Kingwood, Texas. Travel fees apply for locations further away based on estimated drive time.
A complimentary personalized welcome video is included with your rental. To ensure timely preparation, any photos or requested content should be submitted no later than 7 days before your event.
Select rentals can be personalized with available options such as custom vinyl, banners, florals, or LED signs.
The video guest book requires access to a standard electrical outlet throughout the duration of the event. If power is interrupted, disconnected, or unavailable, Scott Signature Events is not responsible for interruptions in service.
A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and is applied towards your balance.
