Our family has been in the Food & Special Events Business since 1993. We started as a small Custom Bakery making Wedding Cakes and Gourmet Cheesecakes. We quickly developed a full menu to serve our customers and have never looked back. Our past & current client list is extensive & Star Studded. Our family of chefs is able to create new foods & menu options for you or we can go with proven award winning meals.

We freshly prepare our foods each and every day. You can count on getting fresh made to order food every time! Some of our family recipes have been around for 5 Generations. Many of our newer recipes are creative, fun, and delicious! They have been featured on The Food Network, The Cooking Channel, ABC, We use the freshest quality ingredients we can find so that your meal is out of this world! Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us, we can waive this fee.
We recommend at least 12 months in advance if you have a specific date in mind. 6 Months if you are flexible with your date.
If you have lots of different dietary restrictions, we have the menu for you with all the flavors and none of the fuss of allergies. This menu will feed Vegans, Vegetarians, Gluten Free, & Dairy Free.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
We are based out of Melbourne but have the ability to service Tampa and Orlando with our mobile kitchens.
Yes, our minimum is $1,000 for all weddings.
