I am a Personal Chef serving up vibrant Graze Boards to the Maine and NH Seacoast! Graze by Elena is a graze board company. I do charcuterie boards, vegan graze boards, party spreads, all kinds of catering. The core of my business is creating food that brings joy and connection to the people enjoying it. The food that I make is really flexible, so it is really fun to make one for a party and a wedding. It's also fun to make one for a date night!

    Everyone LOVED IT. like seriously loved it. So delicious and special. We call my Nana the queen of England because her standards are so high, and my family are all foodies and they were so impressed and thrilled to eat every single thing. Elena was a joy to work with. She accommodated vegans with special cheeses. She was professional and personable and her prices are fair for the quality of the foods and the love and care she puts into preparing them. Highly recommend, we will be booking her again!

    I have hired Elena on several occasions to create Graze Boards for me! Most recently I hired her to make a 32" round Graze table on a Hightop table for my niece's wedding shower. Elena did not disappoint! She uses local products and is sensitive to gluten, dairy and sugar free diets. Half my table was gluten/dairy free and the other half for regular diets. As I had hoped, the table was surrounded by everyone testing all the goodies and was an icebreaker for conversation. It's truly a piece of art, including colorful flowers. No other appetizers were needed, and I didn't have many leftovers. This amazing creation covers everyone's dietary needs and also introduces new cheeses, spreads and fruits. I highly recommend Elena and her Graze boards/tables. I promise they will become the center of attention for your gathering! You won't be disappointed!
