I have a passion for hospitality, outstanding service, and changing the reputation of wedding food... it can be memorable and delicious! I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.
We are a chef-owned restaurant and catering company with locations in Garland, Southlake, and Wylie Texas which allows us to service the large DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. Our team of chefs are classically trained in a variety of gourmet cuisines and started their careers in luxury resorts around the world. Our background in hospitality means that we are experts in crafting custom menus and coordinating event logistics. Our goal is to take the stress out of your food and beverage service while providing a memorable meal that tells your love story.

Great Wedding Caterer!
Ferah was amazing and helped us have a fantastic wedding! From being super supportive in making sure we got the meal selection we wanted (invited us back for a second complimentary tasting when we had some items we wanted to tweak) to providing consistent and timely updates on everything from the day we signed with them to the day of the wedding, could not be happier. The fact that they have a policy requiring one of the two co-owners to attend every wedding is another massive plus since we get very close attention. On top of all this, they are great at last minute problem solving. We had a plated dinner service and unfortunately we had guests who decided to not sit in their assigned seats but the Ferah staff were able to do on-the-spot updated counts for each table and make sure everybody was fed and satisfied. 10/10, highly recommend and hope to use them in the future for any other events I may hold, not just weddings!

Ferah Catering is the best catering company for any event. When we first came in for the tasting, the experience was so wonderful and the food was so delicious. The staff at the restaurant noted every detail that we liked or disliked about the food. Stephanie was also wonderful with communication, pricing, dates flexibility, and very easy to work with. We initially started with booking for the wedding reception and also added a graduation party. . Burak and Chasey stayed in touch with the venue coordinator to ensure a very smooth and enjoyable evening for us. For such important occasions, any issues are difficult to handle as our main focus is on the guests etc - but we were so happy that everything was smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Ferah, a 10/10 rating, best in the business. A sincere thank you from our family, we hope to work with you again.

Alyssa and Blakes Wedding
This was the second large family wedding event that we used Ferah Catering for and they did not disappoint. They arrived to the wedding venue on time with a full staff and did everything that we had talked about. The appetizers were butler served during the reception, the buffet and carving station were set up beautifully and ready to serve our guests. They set our tables and maintained the service during the night and made sure that the venue was clean at the end of the night. More importantly the food was Great!! everyone raved about it and we couldn't have been more happy. We would strongly recommend London, Chef Burack and the entire staff of Ferah for any catering event.

Exceptional Service & Hospitality
We were so pleased with Ferah's catering team. They handled a 300-person full-service buffet seamlessly and were professional, organized, and attentive from start to finish. Their staff truly went above and beyond in everything they did. They're the kind of team that comes in and leaves things better than they found them. They made a large event feel effortless, and we were incredibly impressed with their service and hospitality.

Ferah was incredible!
Ferah catered our wedding on April 18, 2026 and it couldn't have been better! From our tasting last July throughout the months leading up to the wedding and the day itself, the entire staff was wonderful! The food itself was incredible (as expected)! The staff (bartenders and servers) were attentive to guests and the service went smoothly. I could not recommend Ferah Catering enough!
