Backyard Catering

Kay has inspired our Catering department for the past 3 years. Each year Kay comes to us with a special theme for her doctor's appreciation day, she gives us her ideas and we create a special menu. This year Kay was interested in a Luau theme which is something we have never done before, our minds ran with a number of ideas and we created appetizers, a buffet and a special dessert that was such a huge hit. Although the entire thing was out of our comfort zone, we made sure our staff was updated and tasted every item we served to make sure the descriptions were honest to our guests. We went as far as torching marshmallows on the sweet potatoes on site instead of sending it already made, the key to this Menu was to ensure everything was fresh and tasted just as great to the first person in line as to the last person in line. We always say our menus do not define our Catering services because of customers like Kay who has not only inspired our Catering department but has also pushed our kitchen with their creativity and skills. We look forward to every year with Kay and can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!
